Parks & Pools

From the wooded shores of Lake Eufaula to neighborhood pools and parks, abundant water and vibrant greenery define and beautify the Carlton Landing landscape.

Pavilion Park
Pavilion Park acts as the Carlton Landing welcome mat. Situated at the north end of the park, a beautiful pavilion serves as a stage for concerts and social functions, as well as a forum for guest speakers. The park is designed to accommodate a variety of events, from festive neighborhood barbecues to memorable wedding receptions.

Boardwalk Pool
Located at the intersection of Boulevard and Boardwalk, the pool is a short stroll from all homes in the Town Center. Soak up the sun in a teak lounge chair or find relief in the cool shade of a vine-covered pergola. Shower off in the private bath houses available on either side of the signature Boardwalk Pool tower. The kids love the splash pad, and the hot tub stays open late into the evening for relaxing times with good friends.

Tower Court Pool (coming soon)
Located at the end of Tower Court and directly off of Lower Greenway, this pool is expected to break ground early 2018.

Firefly Park
Surrounded by cottage lots, Firelfy Park is a tree-lined open space that can accommodate a large gathering, pick-up football game, or just tossing around a Frisbee with friends. In the event of a medical emergency, the park also serves as a helicopter-landing site.

Cottage Court
This park is located across the street from Firefly Park and features a center fire pit and adirondack chairs for community gatherings or roasting marshmallows.

Redbud Park
This “U” shaped park is surrounded by beautiful homes and mature trees.  This park is a favorite place to hang a hammock to relax or take your family out for a picnic.

Bocce Ball Park
Bocce Ball Park features 3 Bocce Ball Courts and an outdoor ping pong table.  This park is located directly off of Upper Boardwalk and adjacent to Lower Greenway Park.

Pistache Park
At the end of a long walkway adorned with twinkling string lights, near Lower Greenway Park, you will find this serene retreat. Pistache park is also lovingly called “Hidden Park” by locals due to it’s currently secluded nature.  This park has a slide and balance beam for kids and also provides access to two hammocks for the adults to relax.

Lower Greenway Park
A long linear landscaped park located along Lower Greenway directly adjacent to the bocce ball courts.

The Nature Center
Encompassing outdoor amenities and miles of trails, the Carlton Landing Nature Center offers residents and visitors an opportunity to reconnect with the natural world. Through partnership with The Nature Conservancy, the Nature Center offers exhibits and outdoor learning environments to the students of Carlton Landing Academy and visiting students from schools across the region.A phasing plan calls for expanding the trail system over several years. The Nature Center is presented by the Carlton Landing Community Foundation, Inc., an Oklahoma not-for-profit.

The Town Green
The Town Green is located on Water Street and overlooks the lake and encompasses the town swim beach.  With easy access to the food truck court and the marina, the Town Green is a favorite place to relax.

Overlook Park
One of the most iconic views in all of Carlton Landing, it is hard to miss the Overlook on the drive into town.  This park is known for beautiful sunrises and outdoor fitness classes.

Carlton Landing Community Garden
In the heart of Carlton Landing is the ultimate center for community and sustainability. Throughout the year, residence will grow their own vegetables and herbs here and are always willing to share.  The community chicken coupe is also located here and is a great place to harvest fresh eggs.  The whole garden is surrounded by soothing waterfalls and ponds.  There is also a public grilling station located here.
